Statistics tell me that this is the 3rd most popular page in this section of the website; following only the Portfolio and Why Websites Fail article in Web School 101. Such a surprise... Too bad, this information is worthless. But, then again, so is every other price list you will find on the Internet... Price lists are guidelines; not final costs that are fixed in stone. Anyone that tells you different, is usually lying through their teeth. In most cases you will either end up paying through the nose for your "low cost site or discovering that the site you "got for a song" isn’t what you paid for it.

Our websites run from $75 a year for a single page, fixed, text-based (with your logo, if you have one) placeholder page* to over $10,000, depending on your needs and the facilities and the programming options required to get the job done.
A general purpose, servicable startup website is going to run somewhere between $450-$600, with most of the "what I wants..." that is community hosted, setup and ready to run.
Of course, anyone can create your website. You might be able to do it yourself. There is only one other "minor" question to consider:
Is the person that creates your website going to be able to guide you through how to use it as an effective and productive business tool?
We do. We not only create websites, we teach people how to use them. It is one of those things listed on the basic features page for all our websites. If won’t get that assistance from whoever is going to create your website - well, whose fault is that?

Disclaimer: Like I said: These are all "ball park" figures and represent neither a fixed upper or lower end of the final cost for development of a website. Anybody that tells you they can do an unlimited this-or-that for your site needs to be watched very carefully. You will end up paying for it somehow.

"Rush orders" that is: any website project that is expected to be completed within 5 working days of commencing work are subject to an additional 50% surcharge.
* And FYI - chuckle at the one page placeholder website if you must, but they are actually the only way around PayPal’s biggest limitation of one business name per account.
The biggest stumbling block to using this solution is that it requires a separate website to pull it off successfully.
Few clients want to pay for a separate web hosting account for a "one page website" just to make their PayPal usage more flexible, visitor-friendly and a better business solution.
Fortunately, HirMon clients enjoy the ability to have up to about 25 or so websites under a single full-hosting account. (Actually, there is some debate on how many. Personally, I think it is closer to 100 websites per account...)
