| | Since 1996, HirMon & Associates has developed complete websites or written website software for a lot of companies. Prior to 2008, this work was done under the auspices of CDM Custom Software Services (CDMCSS.com), which was a "subsidiary" of HirMon & Associates. CDMCSS wasn’t "bought out" or anything like that: it has always been a part of HirMon & Associates. The original CDMCSS.com website was incorporated in to the HirMon website for the simple reason that we got tired of maintaining three different websites (HirMon, CDMCSS and HirschGraphics.com [my wife’s original stand-alone site). Since most folks eyes start crossing after about 30 or so items in a list, this just a sampling of the wide-ranging scope of work HirMon has handled in the past and is currently managing (those that are still active are marked with a * ): - Affordable Mobile DJs (DJ/Entertainment service) - website design, special functionality*

- Avalanche Realty (Realtor) - In association with Gigabyte solutions, custom email form and installation of a facility that allows visitors to communicate with staff members over the Internet.

- Bollin & Associates (Job placement) - Full website (one of the very, very first - about 1998)
- Buckhorn Exchange (Restaurant - Denver’s oldest, est. 1893) - website design and (again) a bunch of custom software.*
- Corporate Regenesis (Psychological consulting services) - website overhaul (last done 1999; boy, does that needs it again... badly...), creation of a custom set of online psychological testing series.*
- Cody Fitness (Fitness and personal training) - website design, online store and updateability

- Corinne Joy Brown (Author, freelance writer) - website design, shopping cart and owner updateable features.*
- Denver Book Binding (Book repairs, sales and classes) - website design, special functionality (a ton, actually).*
- Downtowner Magazine (Magazine publisher) - redesign and rewrite of site (went out of business mid-project invoice outstanding)
- Energy Planning Consultants - What the name says, included online software for fuel and energy tracking used by the states of Delaware, Rhode Island and others - systems under revision 2009 *
- Finish Line R/C (Model R/C car and parts supplier) - website design, redesign and - more functionality.
- Fitness Workz International (Fitness and personal training) - website design
- Phillips Personnel (Job placement) - Full website, custom online application for positions and upload resumes.
- Gigabyte Solutions (Website developer, defunct) - third-party support for HirMon addons
- Grasshopper Communications (business planning consultants) - the first website we designed so that the owner could update the entire site - personally.
- Home of Neighborly Service of Denver (Socal support) - website design and special functionality*
- Illuminiated Path (Spiritual and emotional services) - installed our Page Content Management System as an add-on for the original developer (we did not do the design). *
- Iraq War - The Musical (Hey, I just do what I’m told! - stage play promotion) - customized online ticket sales add-on in association with Gigabyte Solutions.
- Jewish Family Service of Denver (Social support) - online assignement of rent and utility assistance for clients.*
- Johnny Neill (Musician) - Fiddle player extraordinaire (in his own words ;) site design and CD sales.
- Lakewood Foothills Rotary Club (District 5450) - Winner 1998 Best Rotary Website, District 5450, Commercial Division - site design and online update facilities.*

- Travel Savvy News (Online travel newsletter) - website design, special functionality (including automated Google mapping)*
- VettRX (Suppliers of Chevy Corvette parts) - create website based on existing eBay® presentation, added owner update functionality.*
- Western Governors’ Association ("trade group" for western United States governors) - website redesign, functionality (comment: even though they elected to return to in-house website support, it interesting to note that the current site’s design is very similar to that HirMon created for them (as CDMCSS.com) - in 1999. Must be doing something right!!)
Okay, that’s enough of that! The point being that there are a lot things HirMon can bring to the table when it comes to high-end website designs, upgrades and enhancements. Illustrations of some of these designs appear in our Website Portfolio (I’ll get that finished one of these days...). Like it says on the Home Page of this website: We don’t play favorites. Everyone gets the same level of professional conduct and courtesy, regardless of how big or small their business might be. Finally - some people may be wondering what "functionality" really means.
