file attachments don't reach us. It's also annoying when our
clients don't get the attachments we send to them.
The reason this happens
is simple: emails are typically limited to about 10MB.
This means that if your message and one (or more) of the
files you attach are larger than 10MB, the attachment is
either stripped, or the email rejected outright due to its
size.
Our online facility that
allows our clients to send us
file(s) to include within their project is set to accept
files up to 50MB in size.
Conversely, the Download
section allows files of unlimited size to be retrieved.

addressing a letter and all that is just something they
would rather avoid.
